‘The Hunger Gap 2024’ Tasting Menu

Our menu at Fallowfields changes every 6 weeks, we can cater to dietary requirements on request.

This menu highlights ‘The Hunger Gap’, a time in the UK where the winter crops have finished, but the farmer’s are not yet ready to pick the spring harvest.

‘To fully appreciate an abundance we need to experience a shortage. For now we rely on mankind’s ability to preserve the spoils of seasons past. A ritual that we relish.’
