The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

Her Majesty The Queen will become the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee, after 70 years of service. Join us at Housel Bay for the Platinum Jubilee Bank Holiday Weekend to celebrate Her Majesty’s historic reign. 

Special Afternoon Tea.

Our talented chefs have created a special Afternoon Tea for the occasion. Enjoy homemade scones, Cornish clotted cream and strawberry jam, a selection of delicious finger sandwiches, and a selection of fabulous, and quintessentially British miniature cakes; Eton Mess, Battenburg cake and Bakewell tart.

Celebrate with friends and family with our delicious Afternoon Tea to mark this incredible moment in history!

Take in the sea views from The Terrace, or enjoy in our beautiful garden. We are hoping for some glorious weather, so bring blankets and you can enjoy our takeaway Afternoon Tea option on the lawn, picnic style. 

Local wines, ales, soft drinks are also all available, including plenty of Pimm’s, ready to toast to our Monarch.

Available Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th June, between 12-3pm. Limited bookings also available between 3-5pm. Advanced bookings only for our full Afternoon Tea, with deposit required.

The official Jubilee pudding ‘Lemon Swiss roll & amaretti trifle.’

Come join us to try the official Jubilee pudding, homemade by our chefs. It will be available as a special dessert at The Terrace for Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th, for lunch and dinner, and it will be available for Sunday Lunch dessert too!
