Dry January Mocktail Recipe
If you’re trying Dry January this year or you fancy keeping things a bit more fresh post Christmas, we have the perfect mocktail just for you!
Our Restaurant Manager Valerie is fantastic with cocktails, and we love this non-alcoholic recipe she mixed together, it is fresh, light and simply delicious!
Take a look at our Dry January Mocktail recipe below;
Ingredients;
20ml fresh lemon
20ml elderflower syrup
100ml apple juice
Method;
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a couple of slices of cucumber a 5-8 mint leaves. Pour over ice in a glass garnished with cucumber ribbons and then top up with soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy!
