New Sunday Roasts at The Terrace

Our Head Chef Joseph Fallowfield is taking over our Sunday Roasts. Discover what inspires his new Sunday menu this summer.

Summer Fruit

A roast dinner is more than a meal loved my many, for our Head Chef Joseph Fallowfield, “Sunday lunch is a time for nostalgia, family favourites and classic puddings that everyone enjoys” and we couldn’t agree more.

At Housel Bay, our menus follow the currents of the seasons. Where summer is very much about “gooseberry fools, strawberry pavlovas and fresh English raspberries” which you will see highlighted in our Sunday puddings.

“We always like to offer a traditional beef, usually aged sirloin from our amazing butchers, and then something a little different. This Sunday is treacle glazed pork loin, which I am extremely excited about.”

Though a roast dinner is a classic for many, “we are obviously blessed with an abundance  of incredible seafood that we always have a cracking piece of fish on the menu just in case you're not a big meat eater.  It’s usually simple and tasty, so your nan will enjoy it too!”

Give our roasts a try! See our new sample menu here and book with us this Sunday.

We are serving every Sunday from 12 - 3pm in The Terrace.
