New Autumn Menus.
We are guided by the seasons, and so, as a new season arrives, it brings with it new menus at all our eating and drinking spaces at Housel Bay.
For our Head Chef Joseph Fallowfield, Autumn is by far his favourite season. “The temperature drops just enough to make the air invigorate the soul with each breath.”
“Autumn also signifies the start of the game season which I have always loved. The pigeons have spent the entire summer feeding are are now fat and plentiful. Game is all extremely rich so we always pair it with big flavours. For example, our pigeon dish is served with pickled elderberries and our Venison is paired with preserved fig and 100% cocoa chocolate. “
