Let us tease our early Spring Tasting Menu.
Our restaurants celebrate the seasons and work with the monthly harvests, allowing the ingredients to truly shine in our dishes. From our local shore you will taste the likes of fresh pollock and scallops, dueted with wild Lizard hedgerow and foraged sea lettuce.
From the fields you can anticipate baby beats and sweet onions, paired with the likes of wild duck and pork. To sweeten the deal, get ready for midnight rhubarb and sharp, citrus blood orange. Or a rich and comforting ginger bread ice cream.
Each course is perfectly paired with wines from around the globe, to really elevate and make the flavours sing.
