Festival season is just around the corner, and our Head Chef Joseph Fallowfield is stepping out of the kitchen and into the spotlight at two of Cornwall’s most iconic food festivals this summer. He’ll be bringing his inventive, seasonal cooking to Porthleven and Falmouth Food Festivals this spring.
