Make Your Own ‘Strawberry Blush’ Cocktail!

The berry season officially starts on the 1st May, but a cooler spring slowed the growing process of many of our favourite seasonal favourites. This led to strawberries flowering and ripening a little more gradually… resulting in larger, juicier, and even more tasty British strawberries. And we are sure to be making the most this delicious British berry!

We love working with the seasons and highlighting the best produce. It’s officially British strawberry season, and it’s the perfect time to taste naturally sweet berries.

From Aperol spritz to Pimm’s, we love a summer cocktail classic, but have you tried our own ‘Strawberry Blush?’ If you haven’t had a chance yet, why not have a go at home?

What you will need;

• 50ml Gin

• 1tbsp strawberry syrup

• 2 tbsp Lemon juice

• 1tbsp Egg white (optional)

• Garnish, Rose petals (optional)

Shake all together with ice, and pour into a Coupe glass. We recommend drinking outside, in the sunshine for ultimate summer bliss. Enjoy!
