Summer Cocktail Recipe | Strawberry Blush

Nothing incapsulates summer quite like strawberries, so our ‘Strawberry Blush’ cocktail has been a stand out favourite all summer long. But why not learn how to make it at home?

We love working with the seasons, and highlighting the best produce. Strawberries and elderflower are in their prime during this bright and colourful season.

What you will need;

• 50ml Gin

• 1 tbsp Strawberry & elderflower syrup

• 2 tbsp Lemon juice

• 1 tbsp Egg white (optional)

• Garnish, Rose petals (optional)

Shake all together with ice, and pour into a Coupe glass. We recommend drinking outside, in the sunshine for ultimate summer bliss. Enjoy!
