‘Unconstrained Possibility’ | Latest Tasting Menu At Fallowfields

On Wednesday 9th August we welcomed a new Tasting Menu in Fallowfields, introducing “Unconstrained Possibility”. This menu showcases the peak of the summer harvest, with every veg, meat and seafood fit to burst, this menu simply couldn’t be more bountiful.

‘The ocean has become alive, its belly bursts with the spoils of summer.’ From our local shores, taste lobster paired with the hidden spice of wasabi, to delicate brill partnered with the zesty tangs of coconut and lime.

During this seasonal high, ‘the fields that surround us overflow with their harvest and even the animals become fat with the endless supply of nutrition the season offers.’ Taste this with the aged beef fillet with rich black garlic, broccoli, braised rib and roasted onions.
