Porthleven Food Festival
Just a short drive along the Cornish coast is the beautiful fishing port town of Porthleven. Being a neighbour we often visit this seaside town, but especially when it’s their annual Food Festival.
Porthleven.
Housel Bay may be the most southerly hotel but Porthleven holds the title for the most southerly port. Known for it’s fishing catching the likes of bass, whiting, pollack, mackerel and dogfish, Porthleven is also tipped to be one of the best up and coming foodie destinations in Cornwall. So if foods your thing, it’s definitely worth a visit!
About the festival.
Not only is this festival award-winning, but it’s a community and not-for-profit led event. It brings families and foodies together to eat, explore and to enjoy the picturesque Cornish harbour of Porthleven.
What to expect.
