Our wine of the week is our Sauvignon Blanc, Polgoon, Cornwall 2019. With hints of lime, passionfruit and pineapple, with a distinctly Cornish minerality provided by the granite based soil.

Over lockdown we’ve been busy keeping our garden healthy and growing over Spring, going into Summer. We planted new ingredients from thyme to mint and ensured all our usual seasonal flowers bloomed.
